Organic Gluten Free Flour Blend (Organic White Rice Flour, Organic Brown Rice Flour, Organic Potato Starch, Organic Tapioca Starch), Organic Cane Sugar, Baking Soda, Xanthan Gum, Kosher Salt, Vanilla Powder

¼ cup plant-based butter + 1 TBSP,
softened, not melted
2 TBSP applesauce
For people not avoiding eggs or dairy:
Regular butter can be used in place of plant-based, and one egg can be substituted for the applesauce.

Baking Instructions
PREHEAT oven to 375, or 350 for dark baking sheet.
MIX softened butter and applesauce in a large bowl, stirring until smooth
STIR IN cookie mix until a dough is formed
SCOOP dough with round tablespoon and shape into 16 equally-sized balls, placed 2” apart on lined baking sheet
BAKE FOR 9-10 MINUTES or until cookies start to brown around the edges. (Bake time may vary)
COOL for 10 minutes before removing from baking sheet
